GM4X is working with Disability Sport Wales to adapt both a Paratreker 3 and 4 for wheelchair abseiling. Once fabricated and certified testing, this model will be available for any outdoor centre. A huge ‘Hats Off!’ to Disability Sport Wales for going that extra mile to create adventure and fun for everyone. GM4X is delighted to be the design partner in this project.
Following its purchase of a Paratreker 4, Clydesdale Community Initiatives, Lanark, has built a new nature trail which is now all-inclusive. The new tracks can now be accessed by anybody with mobility challenges.
Longtown Outdoor Education Centre has purchased a Paratreker 3 to enable access by everyone to its new High Ropes Course. Great to work with a centre which has inclusion at the top of its agenda.
In November 2019, GM4X displayed the Paratreker 3 and 4 at the AHOEC conference at Sport Scotland, Inverclyde. We’re delighted to now be working with a number of organisations which were represented at this influential, informative and very useful event.
